Your shopping experience is tremendously important for us. Your satisfaction and fulfillment is key. We take all possible precautions for your purchase to reach you as soon and in the best conditions as possible. But if anything happens we will gladly replace, exchange or refund your online purchase in its original condition. This will occur within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, exchange or store credit, less shipping costs, except items purchased at a reduced price, discount codes or final sale.
How do we return your purchase?
Please send us an email to email@example.com with your name and order number. Wait for our email with your return authorization and calculated date of delivery.
Customers must pay for all shipping costs incurred for exchange (to and back) unless we have sent the incorrect size/style or a damaged item.
Items must be returned with all original price attached, and must not have been washed or worn.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive and/or unnecessary returns and exchanges.
Caraotica is not responsible for lost packages.
When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you a refund notification.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Including transit time, most returns are processed within 10-14 days. Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a return confirmation email.
